{"id":7414,"count":7,"description":"The world of fitness trackers keeps everyone who wears them a little more connected to general health and activity goals, but not all of these wearable devices are created equally. We researched eight fitness trackers before calling in samples to test, all of which lack GPS functionality without the use of a phone connection, but offer a number of other features for tracking daily activity and compiling it for the purpose of charting overall wellness. After research, we chose four watches to test, all distinct in functionality and style. The following fitness trackers were tested: Polar A370, Timex IQ+ Move, Garmin V\u00edvosmart 3, and the TomTom Touch Cardio.\r\n\r\nThis is the first year Gear Institute has tested non-GPS fitness trackers.
