Oakley’s RadarLock is one of the company’s newest performance sunglasses designed for multi-sport use, from running to cycling. True to Oakley form, this semi-rimless wrap frame is packed with high-tech features.

Arguably the most important, are high-quality optics. The RadarLock’s lenses offered excellent visual clarity in a variety of light conditions. They also deliver impact resistance that meet all ANSI standards—a feature that protects eyes against flying debris and impact in crashes.

Oakley’s lens geometry extends visual clarity up to the edge of the lens for a wide peripheral view. The brand’s Plutonite lens also filters out 100 percent of UVA, UVB, UVC, and harmful blue light. Each pair comes with two lenses in different tints for bright light and low light conditions.

As for swapping them, Oakley’s much-touted Switchlock technology might just deserve all the hype. A simple flip of a switch on the inside of the temple releases a front piece that holds the lens in place. If you remember the olden days of tugging and bending your lenses to eject them from the first-generation lens-changing systems, you’ll appreciate the ease of Switchlock.
